Driftwood Capital is a privately owned real estate company set up by Alexander Hoare in 2015. Driftwood Capital invest and develops both Residential and Commercial property in the UK with a focus on London and the South East.

Our primary aim is to invest existing capital resources in order to build a long term portfolio. Alongside our private investments, we have enjoyed developing property with a number of trusted Joint Venture partners. Driftwood Capital also runs and manages property syndicates, pooling investments from high net worth individuals and family offices.

Driftwood Capital has a facility to provide 'hassle free' private debt up to £1m for residential developers. This flexible facility will be tailored to the specific deal and developer.
